Install all tools and guitar on a clean area

Remove Strings

Remove the pickguard

You have to unsold wires from jack and vibrato shield

Remove All parts on pickguard (use 2 screwdriver to remove easly knobs)

All parts removed

Take A4 sheet to make a template of pickguard

Template draw

Cut the template and check sizing

Check template fiting on guitar

Draw on template unwanted parts

Cut unwanted parts from template

Use the template to draw on copper sheet

Cut the copper sheet and look if it fits the pickguard

Also look if it's ok on the guitar body

Clean the pickguard

Apply copper sheet on pickguard

Clean Guitar body, specialy the 3 pickup and electronic holes

Cut small band on copper roll and apply them

Same for pickup's hole

Don't put copper on border of middle pickup to get plane area

Area is ready to apply long pieces from copper roll from neck to bridge

Put copper everwhere to cover cavity

It's should look like this

Re-install electronic on pickguard
